The 2023 ACCAC Cross Country Championships were held in Coolidge, Ariz., on Saturday with Paradise Valley winning the Women’s 5000 Meters and Mesa finishing in first in the Men’s 8000 Meters.

Carmela Baldwin of Mesa finished with a time of 19:10:0 to finish first place in the Women’s Individual 5000 Meters with Paradise Valley’s Keira Damron and Jazmin Estrada finishing in second and third. Julian Campos of Central Arizona won the Men’s Individual 8000 Meters with a time of 24:50:0 with Abraham Valenzuela from Pima and Paradise Valley’s Nathan Pestka finishing second and third.
