DI Volleyball

Offensive: Melanie Merrill – Eastern Arizona – Merrill led the Gila Monsters to three wins last week and recorded 32 kills. Merrill opened the week with nine kills in a 3-0 win over Ottawa JV before tallying 13 kills in a conference win over Yavapai. Merrill finished the week with 10 more kills in a win at No. 20 Arizona Western on Friday.

Defensive: Kadence Moore – Eastern Arizona – Moore had 25 digs in three Eastern Arizona wins last week. The Libero started the week with nine digs in a 3-0 win over Ottawa JV before recording 10 digs in a 3-0 win over Yavapai. Moore helped the Gila Monsters to a win over No. 20 Arizona Western with six blocks.

Offensive: Spirit Phipps – Glendale  – Phipps had 105 assists in a pair of matches for the Gauchos last week, accumulating 58 of the 105 in a 3-2 win over Mesa on Wednesday and 47 in a loss to Pima on Friday. Phipps also had 27 digs and two aces in the two
