Glendale Captures Region I Title — Glendale captured the NJCAA Region I Division 2 National Championship with a 3-0 victory over Scottsdale. Leah Bradley led the Gauchos to the title and was named the Tournament MVP. Glendale advances to the NJCAA Division 2 National Championships in Dell, Wisconsin. | more |

Scottsdale to Host NJCAA Region I D2 Tourney as Top Seed — Scottsdale will host the 2009 NJCAA Region I Division 2 Tournament as the #1 seed beginning November 5th. The Artichokes will face #4 seed Phoenix at 7 pm while #2 Glendale and #3 South Mountain will open play at 5 pm. | more |

Eastern Arizona Wins 2009 ACCAC D1 Title — Top-seed Eastern Arizona defeated Yavapai 3-0 to take home the 2009 ACCAC Division 1 Volleyball Championship. Eastern will now participate in the NJCAA Division I National Championships. | more |

Shaw Repeats, Doty Earns First POW Award — For the second straight week and third time this year, Eastern Arizona's Dreanna Shaw is the ACCAC Division 1 Player of the Week. Scottsdale's Rayla Doty earned the Division II honor after leading the Artichokes to a pair of League wins. | more |

Flake Tabbed National Player of the Week — Scottsdale's Erin Flake has been selected the NJCAA's Division 2 National Player of the Week for the week ending October 18th. Flake led the Artichokes to a pair of ACCAC wins by averaging 2.8 kills per game and posting a .529 hitting percentage on the week.

Shaw, Flake Win ACCAC Honors for Second Time in 2009 — Eastern Arizona's Dreanna Shaw and Scottsdale's Erin Flake have now won the ACCAC's Division 1 and Division 2 Player of the Week Honors twice this season. | more |

Shackleford & Flake Garner ACCAC Awards — Yavapai's Haley Shackleford and Scottsdale's Erin Flake are the ACCAC Division 1 and Division 2 Volleyball Players of the Week, respectively. | more |

Baldwin Garners NJCAA Player of the Week Honor — Ami Baldwin helped keep Eastern Arizona undfeated in ACCAC play by averaging 4.6 kills per game and posting a .515 hitting percentage. Baldwin's efforts led to the NJCAA selecting her as the Division 1 National Player of the Week.
