Glendale, AZ - The Mesa men's and Central Arizona women's track & field teams won the conference titles at the 2023 ACCAC T&F Championships on Friday.

Both the Thunderbirds and the Vaqueras won all of their matchups against ACCAC competition. Both teams also came into this year's meet as the defending champions.

Glendale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix College, and Pima also competed in the meet.

This weekend, the teams will compete at the Aztec Invitational in Tucson and at the Triton Invitational in San Diego, CA.
