Track and field splits time between Mesa and ASU meets

With some of the ACCAC's top track and field athletes tacking the week off to prepare for next week's Region I championships, there were two options for competition last week.

  Some took advantage of the Mesa Invitational, while other opted for the ASU Twilight Meet. A few even tried both.

  Below are those the bettered the NJCAA Division I qualifying standard, although some may have already posted better marks in previous meets.

  In addition, the heading for each meet is also a link to complete results for those events.

  The Region I championships are next week at Mesa's John D. Riggs Stadium. They begin with the multi events which will actually be competed this Monday and Tuesday. The championships then continue the following Tuesday and Thursday, May 3 and 5.
