Central Arizona Breezes to Region 1 Division I Championship — Central Arizona outscored its opposition 26-6 in winning three consecutive games to capture the NJCAA Region 1 Division I title and a berth into the NJCAA Division I National Championship Tournament. |more |

Phoenix College Defeats Chandler-Gilbert in Opening Round — Phoenix, the top seed, defeated #4 seed Chandler-Gilbert 11-0 in five innings to advance in the winner's bracket of the NJCAA Region 1 Division II Tournament. Results from games one or three have not been reported at this time. | more |

Top-Seeded Pima Set to Host NJCAA Region 1 Division I Softball Championship — On May 6th and 7th, Pima Community College will play host to the NJCAA Region 1 Division I Tournament. | more |

Schedule Set for NJCAA Region 1 Division II Softball Championships — On May 6th and 7th, Phoenix College will host the NJCAA Region I Division 2 Tournament. PC, the top seed and NJCAA's #1 ranked Division 2 program, will face Chandler-Gilbert at 12:30 pm. Mesa and Glendale will open the tourney at 10 am. | more |

PC Pair Keeps Bears Rolling — Phoenix College's Roxanne Bejarano has won her second straight ACCAC Pitcher of the Week honor while teammate Casey Wheeler's 8-for-12 week at the plate earned her ACCAC Batter of the Week honors. The Bears are ranked #1 in the NJCAA Division II national rankings and swept a doubleheader this past week from Pima, the NJCAA's top-ranked Division I squad. | more |

Parks Keeps Pima at #1, Earns Top NJCAA Weekly Honor —Lisa Parks went 3-for-3 with three home runs and then was intentionally walked six times in her next eight plate appearances to help Pima stay at the top of the NJCAA Division I National rankings and earn the NJCAA Division I National Player of the Week award for the week ending April 10th. | more |

Phoenix College Sweeps ACCAC's Weekly Honors — The duo of Roxanne Bejarno and Chelsie Mesa led Phoenix College, the NJCAA's top-ranked Division II squad, to a perfect 4-0 week. Bejarno earned the ACCAC Pitcher of the Week honor after a pair of shutout victories while Mesa his .818 on the week three doubles, four homers and 14 RBI to earn the ACCAC Batter of theWeek award. | more |

Phoenix College Gose Undefeated for MCCD Tournament Title — The Phoenix Bears went 9-0 and outscored its opposition 70-7 over two days to walk away with the MCCD Tournament Championship.
