The ACCAC is left without any players in the championship bracket after Paradise Valley's three players that were still alive fell in matches Wednesday, all to seeded players, at the NJCAA Division I Men's Tennis Championship.
The Pumas, however, moved up one spot to 12th place with 17 points, while Mesa improved to a tie for 17th with 10 points.
PVCC's Branden Telle-Marty fell at No.2 singles to the tournament's second-seeded player. Soren Younger lost to the top-seeded player at No. 6. The No. 3 doubles team of Nebojsa Buta and Dylan Mulstay was beaten by the No. 3-seeded team.
Paradise Valley still has one singles player and one doubles team remaining in the consolation semi-finals, while MCC has three singles and all three doubles in the consolation semis.
