Pima

Pima's Minh Vu is the ACCAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week. Vu provided all the scoring the Aztecs needed in a 3-2 win over Arizona Western. Vu took four shots and scored all three goals as Pima won its season opener.

Scottsdale

Scottsdale's Lewis Bishop is the ACCAC Keeper of the Week. Bishop stopped every shot he faced as the 
Artichokes opened the season with a 4-0 shutout win over Glendale.

Phoenix

Tony Valera of Phoenix College is the ACCAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week. Valera had the game winning goal on his only shot of the game in the Bears 2-1 win over Scottsdale.

Phoenix College's Johnny Chavez is the ACCAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week. Chavez had the game winning goal in the Bears' 1-0 upset 
of defending National Champion Yavapai.

Adam Garcia
Phoenix

Adam Garcia of Phoenix College is the ACCAC Keeper of the Week. Garcia, stopped all but one shot in the Bears' tie with Chandler-Gilbert and then stopped all eight shots on goal as he shutout the defending National Champion's Yavapai, 1-0.

Derek Freeman
Chandler-Gilbert

Derek Freeman of Chandler-Gilbert is the ACCAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week. Freeman had an assist in the Coyotes' 2-0 win over Gateway. He then had a goal and two assists in a 4-0 win over Glendale. Freeman finished off the week by scoring a goal and assisting on two others in a 5-0 win over Mesa.

Adam Garcia
Phoenix

Adam Garcia of Phoenix is the ACCA Keeper of the Week. Garica had three shutouts for the week. He opened the week by stopping all 
six shots he faced in a 1-0 overime win over Mesa. He stopped two shots in a 2-0 win over Paradise Valley and was peppered with 10 shots, but stopped them all in a 0-0 tie with Arizona Western.

Aaron Tiemann
Phoenix

Phoenix College's Aaron Tiemann is the ACCAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week. Tienmann scored both goals in the Bears' 2-1 win over South Mountain. He also helped the Bears to record a pair of shutouts - 3-0 over Scottsdale and 1-0 over 
GateWay - as the centerback of the Phoenix defense.

For the third time this season, Adam Garcia of Phoenix College is the ACCAC Men's Soccer Keeper of the Week. Garcia stopped 11 out of 12 shots on the week as the Bears recorded three wins. PC shutout Scottsdale (3-0) and GateWay (1-0) and defeated South Mountain 2-1. Garcia has allowed only nine goals 
in 1100 minutes this season.

Minh Vu of Pima and Abraham Villon of Arizona Western are ACCAC Men's Soccer Co-Players of the Week. Villon had two goals and five assists in three Matador wins last week. Vu scored four goals and had two assists in three victories by the Aztecs.

Charlie Vaquero of Arizona Western is the ACCAC Men's Soccer Player of the Week. Vaquero scored a goal in the Matadors 3-1 win over Paradise Valley. He then scored the game's only goal in a 1-0 shutout of Phoenix College.

Dejan Milosevic of Arizona Western is the ACCAC Men's Soccer Keeper of the Week. Milosevic gave up one goal in a 3-1 win over Paradise Valley. He then stopped all six shots he faced in a 1-0 shutout victory over Phoenix College.
