Pima Rebounds for Win Over Mercer County — Pima advanced at the 2010 NJCAA Division II Men's Basketball Tournamentwith a 79-58 win over Mercer County Community College. Pima will face Grand Rapids at 1:00 p.m. on Friday with the winner advancing to the seventh place game.

Pima Falls at Nationals in Opener — Pima dropped a 76-69 decision to Lincoln College in the opening round of the 2010 NJCAA Division II Men's Basketball Tournament.

Mesa Captures Region I D1 Crown — Top-seeded Mesa scored a 72-69 win over Cochise to win the NJCAA Region I Division a Championship. Mesa will travel to Salt Lake City, UT, to face Region 18 winner College of Eastern Utah on March 9th, with the winner advancing to the NJCAA Division I National Championship Tournament. | more |

Pima Defeats Top Seed for Region Tite — #3 seed Pima defeated #1 seed Phoenix on the Bears' home court to capture the Region I Division 2 Championship. Pima advances to the NJCAA Division II National Championships. | more |

Pima Upsets Chandler-Gilbert, will Play Phoenix for Title — #3 seed Pima scored a 73-65 road victory over #2 seed Chandler-Gilbert to advance to the title game against top-seed Phoenix in the Region I Division 2 Playoffs. The title game tips off at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday at Phoenix. | more |

Mesa to Meet Cochise for Region I D1 Title — #2 seed Mesa defeated #3 Arizona Western 71-65 to advance to the Championship game of the 2010 Region I Division 1 Men's Basketball Playoffs. Mesa will face top seed Cochise at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 6th. | more |

Arizona Western, Pima Advance to Semis — #3 Arizona Western defeated #4 Central Arizona 81-64 in the opening round of teh Region I Division I Playoffs. #3 seed Pima advanced in the Division 2 Playoffs with a 96-74 win over Scottsdale. | more |

Jones, Flenor Named First Time POWs — Central Arizona's Zach Jones and Phoenix College's Brandon Flenor have been selected the ACCAC's Division 1 and Division 2 Players of the Week, respectively, for the first time this season. | more |

Williams, Ellisor Top ACCAC Honors for Opening Week of 2010 — Marcus WIlliams averaged 29 points in two ACCAC wins for Cochise to garner ACCAC Division I Player of the Week honors. Arizona Western Leads Preseason Coach's Poll — Arizona Western earned eight of 12 first place votes to earn the top-spot in a preseason poll of ACCAC coaches. Cochies and Eastern Arizona round out the top three as each received two first place votes. | More |
