OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – Glendale quarterback Travis Eman threw for 291 yards on eight of 13 passing to lead the Gauchos to a 42-20 win over the Bears. Eman, 6’2”, 220 pounds from Canisius High School in Buffalo, NY, completed three touchdown passes, without an interception, and ran for a fourth TD as he picked up 89 yards on the ground on 12 carries. The sophomore signal caller’s longest pass on the day went for 75 yards and his longest run was 16 yards.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK –Sophomore Shai Harris had a pair of interceptions in Glendale’s 42-20 win over Phoenix College to go along with his eight tackles (six solo, two assist). The 5’11”, 185 pound cornerback from Independence High School in Glendale returned his two picks for a total of 56 yards and also recorded a pass break-up.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK - Placekicker Mike Navarro was perfect on the day booting six of six PAT’s in Glendale’s 42-20 win over Phoenix College. Navarro, 5’7”, 145-pound sophomore, is a hometown product having prepped at Deer Valley High School in Glendale.
