Glendale to Host #11 Dean in 2009 Valley of the Sun Bowl — Dean Community College, ranked #11 and 9-1 on the season, will travel to #21 Glendale (6-5) for the 2009 Valley of the Sun Bowl. The 2009 event will be held on December 5th at 2:00 p.m.

NMMI Accepts Invite to Salt City Bowl — New Mexico Military will play in its first bowl game since 1999 as teh Broncos have accepted an invitation to the Central Bank Salt City Bowl in Hutchinson, KS. The December 5th game will pit the #16 Broncos (7-3) against #20 Hutchinson CC (6-3). | more |

Minnick, Bullock, Ryans Earn WSFL & Region I's Top Postseason Honors — Arizona Western's Tom Minnick has been tabbed the WSFL and NJCAA Region I's Coach of the Year while his top running back Reggie Bullockearned the WSFL and Region I Offensive Player of the Year honor. Cobb, Alexander, Perez Top Week in WSFL — Scottsdale's Jamie Cobb is the WSFL Offensive Player of the Week after 246 yards receiving and four touchdowns. Arizona Western's Maurice Alexander had 13 tackles to earn the Defensive Player of the Week award. Kevin Perez garnered the WSFL Special Teams Player of the Week honor after helping New Mexico Military to a win over Mesa. | more |

WSFL Honors Mecham, Palepoi & Williams — For the second straight week, Snow's Quinn Mecham is the WSFL Offensive Player of the Week. Snow also had the Defensive Player of the Week in Tenny Palepoi while Arizona Western's Jesse Williams is the WSFL Special Teams Player of the Week. | more |

Mecham & Miller Earn National Honors — Quinn Mecham of Snow earned the NJCAA National Offensive Player of the Week award after throwing four touchdown passes and Scottsdale's D.J. Miller won the NJCAA Defensive Player of the Week honor as he posted 12 tackles, including 10 solo tacklaes, against Mesa.

Snow's Mecham, Scottsdale's Miller & Johnson Earn WSFL Honors — Snow QB Quinn Mecham tossed four touchdowns to earn the WSFL Offensive Player of the Week honor, while Scottsdale's D.J. Miller and Warren Johnson helped the Artichokes defeat Mesa 36-33 to earn the WSFL Defensive and Special Teams Player of the Week honors, respectively. | more |

Scottsdale QB Tabbed National Player of the Week — After throwning six touchdown passes to set a Scottsdale school record, Phillip Aholt has been named by the NJCAA Offensive Player of the Week.

SCC's Aholt & Schafer, Snow's Osbourne Win WSFL Honors —Scottsdale defeated Phoenix 47-7 and was led by WSFL Offensive and Special teams Players of the Week Phillip Aholt and Tucker Schafer. The WSFL's Defensive Player of the Week honor goes to Snow's Tyler Osbourne. | more |

NMMI's Hendrix & Taufaasau, Snow's Isom Garner WSFL Honors — New Mexico Military's Tyrone Hendrix and Kurt Taufaasau were selected the WSFL's offensive and defensive Players of the Week, respectively, after leading the Broncoa past Scottsdale. Snow's Chad Isom was tabbed the Special Teams Player of the Week with a 40.7 punt average. | more |

Aholt, Holmes & Webb Top WSFL Play in Week 5 — Scottsdale's Phillip Aholt threw for 494 yards and had three touchdowns to earn the WSFL Offensive Player of the Week award. Arizona Western's Zach Holmes is the WSFL's Defensive Player of the Week after leading a defense that led the way to a 27-2 win over Eastern. Snow's Cameron Webb averaged 11.5 yards on two punt returns to garner the WSFL Special Teams Player of the Week award. | more |
