WSFL DEFENSIVE TRENT WHITMILL New Mexico Military's Trent Whitmill is the WSFL Defensive Player of the Week for the week ending September 11th. Whitmill came up big in the victory over Hardin Simmons JV by having five solo tackles and assisting in another. He also recorded three quarterback sacks. |
WSFL OFFENSIVE AZAAD MUHAMMAD Azaad Muhammad of Phoenix College is the WSFL Player of the Week for the week ending September 11. Muhammad, playing in his first collegiate game, ran all over Pima's defense for a pair of ouchdowns and 231 yards on 23 carries. |

WSFL DEFENSIVE MISI TUPE Dixie State's Misi Tupe is the WSFL Defensive Player of the Week. Tupe, a linebacker from Ogden, helped the Rebels to a 27-17 win over Mesa by causing all sorts of havoc for the Thunderbird offense. Tupe had eight solo tackles and four assists along with three sacks and a caused fumble. |
WSFL OFFENSIVE CLINTON POLK Scottsdale's Clinton Polk is the WSFL Offensive Player of the Week. Polk ran all over the New Mexico Military defense for 126 yards and two touchdowns on just 14 carries. Polk also caught four passes for 46 yards in Scottsdale's 35-7 win. |

WSFL DEFENSIVE ARMONDO MURILLO Armondo Murillo of Eastern Arizona is the WSFL Defensive Player of the Week. Murillo had two interceptions, including one for a 68-yard touchdown. The Gila Monster defense is averaging giving up less than one point per game. |

WSFL DEFENSIVE RODDRAY WALKER Roddray Walker is the WSFL Defensive Player of the Week. Walker helped the New Mexico Military defense hold the Phoenix Bears to 13 points with 15 solo tackles and an interception. The Broncos defeated Phoenix 14-13. |
WSFL OFFENSIVE TARYLL GALLOWAY Glendale's Taryll Galloway is the WSFL Offensive Player of the Week. Galloway helped the #8 ranked Gauchos remain undefeated with a 30-13 win over Eastern Arizona. He rushed for 163 yards on 21 carries and scored one touchdown. |

WSFL CO-DEFENSIVE TORREY HUCKABY Glendale's Torrey Huckaby is the WSFL Co-Defensive Player of the Week. Huckaby had 10 solo tackles and assisted on seven others. Huckaby also recovered two fumbles and returned one for a Gaucho touchdown in a 58-32 win over New Mexico Military. ROY BURR Roy Burr of Arizona Western is the WSFL Co-Defensive Player of the Week. Burr had eight solo tackles and eight assisted tackles along with 1.5 sacks in a 21-20 loss to Mesa. Burr also had one interception in the game. |
WSFL CO-OFFENSIVE JOHNNY SANCHEZ Johnny Sanchez from Glendale is the WSFL Co-Offensive Player of the Week. Sanchez ran through the New Mexico Military defense for 236 yards on 18 carries, including an 80-yard touchdown run. KENNY MAHONE Mesa's Kenny Mahone is the WSFL Co- Offensive Player of the Week. Mahone, the leading reciever in the WSFL, had eight catches for 109 yards and two Thunderbird touchdowns in a 21-20 win over Arizona Western. |
