WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

DI:  KK Asberry – Cochise – Asberry averaged 15.8 points per game and four assists while leading the Cochise Apaches to four wins over the break. Asberry scored 27 points and had seven rebounds in a win over Mesa on December 30.

DII: Landin Kelley – Scottsdale - Kelley scored 16 points and had six rebounds in the Fighting Artichokes' 58-56 loss to Cochise in overtime on Saturday, recording three steals. 

MEN'S BASKETBALL

DI: Cyril Franklin Jr.  – College of Southern Nevada – Franklin had a near double-double in the Coyotes' win over Chandler-Gilbert on Saturday, scoring 22 points and grabbing eight boards. 

DII: Choenj Gonzales – Pima – Gonzales totaled 81 points in 112 minutes last week, scoring 31 points while hitting nine three-pointers in a win over No. 4 ranked Salt Lake and was an assist away from a double-double in a win over Central Arizona.
