ACCAC welcomes College of Southern Nevada as newest member

College of Southern Nevada will join the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference and NJCAA Region I for the upcoming 2024-25 competition year.

The Coyotes join the ACCAC from the Scenic West Athletic Conference and Region 18, becoming the first out-of-state school to join the ACCAC. College of Southern Nevada has campuses in North Las Vegas, Nev., as well as in Henderson, Nev., and the Coyotes field nine teams.

This past season, the College of Southern Nevada represented the West District at the JUCO World Series in Grand Junction, Colo., a program that has produced the likes of Bryce Harper and Phil Bickford.

Women’s Basketball is coming off a 25-win season last year, going 25-5 while Men’s Soccer won eight games, closing the season with a six-game winning streak to make the Region 18 playoffs.

College of Southern Nevada joins Mohave Community College as the newest member of the ACCAC, with Mohave joining in 2023 before opening play in 2024.
