DI WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

Eastern Arizona moved up to No. 9 in the latest NJCAA DI Women's Basketball poll after pushing its winning streak to 12 games with an overtime win over Scottsdale on Saturday. The Gila Monsters fought off the Fighting Artichokes 73-67.

DII WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

Mesa remained at No. 6 in the newest NJCAA DII Women's Basketball poll. The Thunderbirds picked up a pair of wins last week, beating Glendale 84-27 on the road and beating South Mountain 90-47 at home.

Pima checked in at No. 17 after bouncing back with a pair of wins last week. The Aztecs beat Chandler-Gilbert 81-58 on Wednesday night at home before heading out on the road and beating Chandler-Gilbert 81-58 on Saturday.

DII MEN'S BASKETBALL

Chandler-Gilbert dropped to No. 14 in the latest rankings. The Coyotes split a pair of games last week, falling to Pima for the first time this season on Wednesday, 83-64 and then bouncing back with a 93-70 win over Glendale at home on Saturday.

Pima came in at No. 18 in the newest NJCAA DI Men's Basketball poll, going 2-0 last week with wins over Chandler-Gilbert and Phoenix. The Aztecs beat the Coyotes 83-64 before scoring 107 points in a 107-72 win at Phoenix.
